About the Band

Founded in 2006, the New Lenox Community Band brings together volunteer musicians from New Lenox and the surrounding communities in a shared love of the concert band tradition. Each summer the band performs as part of the Live on the Lawn concert series at the New Lenox Performing Arts Pavilion — music under the open sky, offered to friends and neighbors.
